Do i receive a track and trace?

Once we shipped your order you will receive a track and trace link via email.

Is the shipment anonymous?

We ship your order in a box without any connection to this service, this to provide optimal insurance.

Is the shipment of insured?

If you selected the insurance option on checkout we will ship your order with insurance.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the country you live and our stock. If the amount of Gold Bars is in stock we ship within 24 hours after payment. Delivery time trough Europe takes about 2-5 business days.

What shipping agent do you use?

We use DHL as our shipping agent

Are the Gold Bars sealed?

Yes, the gold bars are sealed by the producer and non touched by hand.

Do i get a discount?

We offer rebates on 10G, 50G and 100G. The more you order the more rebate you get.

What Gold Bars do you offer?

We offer 1G Gold Bars made by Heimerle + Meule. These gold bars are LMBA Certified. Click here for more information.

Payments

Can i cancel/refund after payment?

Unfortunly due our automated system it is impossible to cancel and refund your order once the payment is received.

How are your rates determined?

We use DigiPaid as our crypto payment provider. We are bound to there rates.

What are your rates?

What cryptocurrency do you accept?

Besides bitcoin we accept some other crytpocurrency. You can find the list and rates at our homepage.

Do you have KYC & AML Policy

Yes, we do have a KYC & AML policy active. We have an automated system that checks all incomming transactions on our policy.

How do you store my documents?

You documents will be stored offline on a secured system that can only be accessed by our compliance members.

My order is on hold what do i need to do?

When your order is flagged by our KYC&AML system we will contact you for further details.

What information can you request?

If needed we will contact you and request more details, this can be to verify your identity or verify the source of funds.

Why does my order get flagged?

Our automated system flagges your order once it exceeds certain amounts or if it suspects fraud of some sort.
